“Every year I embark on a challenge to push myself outside of my comfort zone in some way. In 2019 I led a group of women on a 3 week treck through the Himalayan Mountains to Everest Base Camp. It was full of unexpected challenges and a life changing experiences for all. The goal was to create a challenge outside of our comfort zones in order to push ourselves to grow, push past limiting beliefs and experience new perspectives. As a result, every woman benefited with massive growth and insight into their own paths upon completion. A journey worth every step.”
